Calling all poets & performers
OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM AT WONDERVILLE as part of the Wise Words Village
Wise Words will be joining and supporting a new exciting festival in its first year and bringing along our Bell Tent Village & Poetry Stage.
WonderVille Festival is a brand new intimate, magical musical festival coming to a stunning meadow overlooking the most beautiful valley not far from Canterbury in the picturesque Elham Valley. The Festival takes place on the 39th July and invites you to a secret wonderland where you can dress up, stand out, dance barefoot, celebrate and feast carefree with friends old and new.
The music line up for WonderVille Festival includes Lazy Habits, Tankus the Henge, Crinkle Cuts and Rudy Warman & The Heavy Weather.
During this first year we’re offering our family of creative friends the chance to get involved and be a part of something magical. This is not a commercial, money making opportunity, just a fun day out in a special place with wonderful people, lots of fun and the chance to help grow a new venture that could grow into something really special and beneficial to all of us.
POETS APPLICATION PROCESS:
We are opening the floodgates to all you wizardly wonderful poets. So, if YOU want to perform your work on the Wonderville Festival’s poetry stage, then this is your chance! There are only limited places so we are only accepting the very best of the best!
We’re looking for applications from confident performers, with something inspiring, engaging, funny or intriguing to say about the world around us. Content must be family friendly.

PERFORMERS APPLICATION PROCESS:
Send in a short proposal of what you would like to bring to Wonderville - whether its music, roaming theatre, a workshop for children or anything else wacky & wonderful! Send your ideas on no more that one side of A4 to [email protected] - putting WONDERVILLE in the subject box.
